We see much too often that great websites (made by anyone, not just us) don’t lift off the way they should because it’s not promoted enough. Large companies have solid brand and marketing strategies, but small companies, and especially artists usually forget to push their online presence with offline tools such as flyers, cards, posters or advertisements. A good SEO strategy is not enough and for sure not a quick solution. Social Media is a good tool, but again it should always link to the website as I wrote in an earlier blog “Smart use of Social Media and SEO“.

CD production is also a good way to connect to your website. Link to your website for a bonus track or special content to create a more personalized relationship with your fans. Buyers of CDs just might be interested in more or might even buy more for their friends. You can use QR codes to make it easier.

We have worked with several CD production companies with great results, but in some countries, we have noticed that musicians have a hard time finding high-quality CD production companies that can offer a good price with a low quantity. Communication with solutions abroad can be unclear and the results disappointing.

For our customers who cannot find a good local supplier, we might have a good solution with our Dutch partner Replifact which offers high-quality solutions for CD, DVD, and Vinyl productions. We fulfill all communication and make sure all graphics are of high quality and delivered smoothly and correctly. Invoicing and delivery of CD productions will be directly between the factory and the customer/musician.

With every CD design, we also offer 2D and 3D renderings which you can use for social media promotion and of course for digital music platforms.
